Piperi III can be used to end your work and provides a connection to a clasp with a closed loop. You get a nice clean ending with no multiple stitching into a clasp or jump ring and hiding the thread path with seed beads. Though designed for Tilas you can also stack half or quarter Tilas in the gap. Experiment with other beads that might fit in between as well.
