Griffin Silk Size 6 is a good all-purpose size for many beads including 11/0 seed beads, 11/0 Delicas, Swarovski or Argus Crystal beads and some semi-precious gemstones.
Test your knot with whatever you are using to ensure the knot doesn’t slide into the bead or stone. If you are mixing stones, crystals, pearls with different hole sizes you can you can use a seed bead “bumper”, size 15/O, on either side of the bead or stone to protect the knot from slipping inside.
NOTE : The beige looks brown but once unravelled it is quite neutral. Grey and Light Pink are also nice neutral colors. Carnelian is a mid-reddish brown.
