Griffin Silk Size 8 can be used for some semi-precious gemstones (check your hole sizes), Matubo Seed Beads, Fire Polish Beads and some larger hole Czech Pressed Glass Beads.
Test your knot with whatever you are using to ensure the knot doesn’t slide into the bead or stone. If you are mixing stones, crystals, pearls with different hole sizes you can you can use a seed bead “bumper”, size 15/O, on either side of the bead or stone to protect the knot from slipping inside.
NOTE : The beige looks brown but once unravelled it is quite neutral. Grey and Light Pink are also nice neutral colors. Carnelian is a mid-reddish brown.
